SENPAI-KOHAI
The Senpai-Kohai program is a mentor-mentee program in which ‘senpai’ refers to a mentor and ‘Kohai’ refers to a mentee. Several outstanding MJIIT researchers have been chosen as senpai to assist a number of kohai in related programs. The Senpai Kohai program’s goal is to guide MJIIT staff who are interested in a particular area chosen by the kohai.
