Research Interests:
i. Water and wastewater qualities. My major interests will be on management of water qualities and treatment of wastewater in the aftermath of natural disasters.
ii. Solid waste management. Emphases will be placed on flood waste management, including logistics and distribution of intermediate collection sites.
iii. Heavy and localized rainfall monitoring and detection. A meteorological radar system will be utilized to collect and accumulate real-time rainfall data. The data-base is utilized in flood and debris flood simulation and prediction.
