SENDAI 2030: DPPC WEBINAR SERIES SLOPE SUSTAINABILITY & RESILIENCE PROGRAM 2030

The Disaster Preparedness & Prevention Centre (DPPC), Malaysia – Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Kuala Lumpur will be organizing the SENDAI 2030: DPPC WEBINAR SERIES, on Slope Sustainability & Resilience Program 2030, towards renewing our commitments to UNDRR Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 in commemorating the 2008 Taman Bukit Mewah landslide in Bukit Antarabangsa on 06 December 2008 that will be held on 6 December 2021 via WEBEX platform.
A list of prominent speakers from multiple agencies will be joining us to share their knowledge and insights on this webinar. They are:

- Prof. Ir. Dr. Azman Kassim, Professor, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Skudai, Johor

Opening and welcoming remarks will be given by Prof. Ts. Dr. Ali Selamat, Dean, Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Kuala Lumpur and the closing remarks will be given by the Director of Slope Engineering Department (CKC), Public Work Department (JKR)
