Details Presentation Information

*Upon receiving the acceptance email, participants will be guided to the registration payment process.

Poster:

1. The best three (3) posters will be awarded the best poster award.
2. Open to young researchers (35 years old and below)
3. Finalized poster needs to be submitted before the symposium (by 26^th August 2024) to be judged (submission link will be updated on 1^st August 2024).
4. Participants need to print and hang their own poster during the symposium at the provided area.
5. Poster should be in portrait (A1 size), and there is no standard template to be follows.
6. However, basic information such as title, list of authors, affiliations, and other relevant content is required.

Oral:

1. Open to all.
2. The presentation time allocated for each presenter is 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation and 5 minutes question and answer).
3. Oral presentation sessions will be conducted in parallel with several presentation rooms divided according to research focus topics.
4. Details on presentation schedules will be updated later (by 23^rd August 2024 at the latest).
