On 24th September 2019, Prof Fukuda gave an interesting lecture about the importance of measuring and controlling humidity in Tribology research at the Japan Measuring Instructions Federation.
On 19th September 2019, we got big news for MJIIT where one of the TriPreM members, Ms Hidayah Shahemi under the supervision of Dr. Shahira Liza Kamis in collaboration with Kyushu University (Prof. Yoshinori Sawae) won the Best Poster Award at the prestigious International Tribology Conference, ITC 2019 in Japan. Ms. Hidayah presented her research on the “Effect of Modifying UHMWPE Using Graphene Oxide and Graphite Flakes as Fillers on Protein Adsorption and Wear Behaviour”. Congratulations on winning The Best Poster Award.
