1). Submit your paper title, authors’ names, and a 100-word via the following IEICE technical committee submission system.

Copyright of the submitted paper remains in the authors.
Please ignore the copyright check in the paper registration system.

2). The corresponding author will receive an E-mail to announce an URL for submission of your paper. Following the instruction in the E-mail, please submit the final paper by July 5, 2019
Note: Reprint Order Sheet and Speaker’s Introduction Sheet are not necessary.

Paper Format, Language, and Template |
- The manuscript for the technical session should be printed on IEICE technical report format (A4, 2 columns, typically 2 pages, max. 4 pages) including figures and tables. All papers must be written in English.

**We offers a special rate for non presenters and students (a group of 3 pax, and must consist of local participants only), as shown in the table above. Those who would like to register by using the discounted rate may proceed to the registration form (Click here!) and register individually. However, the payment must be done in one transaction only, based on the given rate.
- Registration guidelines for authors/ presenters:
–At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must register for the workshop at appropriate rate as per the applicable category and present the paper.
-If more than one authors of an accepted paper wish to attend the workshop, all such authors need to register separately by paying applicable registration fee.
-Each paper registration (Regular/ Student presenter) covers only ONE paper per registrant.
