On 4 February, Ir Dr Kamilia and Ir Amirah went to UTM JB to visit laboratories at School of Biomedical Engineering (SBME) and Wireless Communication Centre (WCC). They visited Hyperthermia and Thermal Imaging Lab at SMBE and Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Lab at WCC. Thank Dr Asnida and Dr Norhudah for the fruitful discussion and hospitality.

On 3 February 2020, Dr Kamilia attended M4E Workshop entitled Success Factors in R&D Leadership by Prof Dr Ruzairi at UTM Johor Bahru.
The workshop is very inspiring and informative. Thank you Prof Ruzairi and UTM Lead for organizing the successful workshop.
On 28-29 January, we had a visitor from Swinburne University Sarawak. Mr Chamath came to learn how to fabricate a reference dipole antenna for gain measurement and also to learn and conduct measurement for his antenna. Mr Chamath is a MSc student at Swinburne University Sarawak supervised by Dr. Then Yi Lung. Thank you to our helpful technician Mr Hazrul and CSN energetic and amazing students Ms Amalina, Ms Ngu, Mr Muhdzir and Mr Yoga. The measurement went well Alhamdulillah.

On 23rd January 2020, Prof Yamada, Ir Dr Kamilia and Ir Dr Nurul Huda attended EMF SWG and IFN WG Meeting No. 1/2020.
The meeting was held at MCMC Building.
Prof Yamada who is the Chairman of EMF Sub Working Group presented the draft of the RF EMF Technical Code for 5G in Malaysia.

On 20 Jan 2020, we received VIP visitors from Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM). They are the Dean (Col. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Khairol Amali Ahmad) and Deputy Dean of Faculty Engineering (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Taufik Jusoh) of UPNM; together with their assistant engineer, Mr. Mohd Rashidi.
They humbly visited our antenna lab as well as CSN iKohza. We had a very good discussion about anechoic chamber, antenna research, conferences and possible collaborations.
We ended the visit with a lunch at EatAtLevelSix, Residensi UTM treated by our head of CSN iKohza, Prof Yamada. We look forward for more collaborations with UPNM in the future inshaAllah.

On 18th January, Dr Kamilia attended the Annual Grand Meeting of IEEE Malaysia AP/MTT/EMC Joint Chapter which was held at Grand Pulse Hotel, Putrajaya.
Dr Kamilia who is the treasurer of IEEE Malaysia AP/MTT/EMC presented the financial report for the year 2019 during the meeting.
Apart from that, award ceremony was held and congratulation to those who received publication award.
Thank you to all the committee and members of IEEE Malaysia AP/MTT/EMC for supporting and attending the AGM.
