Prof. Dr. Shozo KOMAKI, received his BE., ME. and Ph.D degrees from Osaka University, in 1970, 1972 and 1983 respectively. In 1972, he joined to Wireless communication Lab., NTT Electrical Communication Labs. From 1990, he had been a professor of Faculty of Engineering, Osaka University. From 2012, He moved to MJIIT, UTM. Since 1944, he has been researching the areas of wireless communication and networks, i.e. 16/256QAM digital microwave radio and fading countermeasure technologies, Radio on Fiber networks (RoF), Software Definable Radio Networks (SDRN) and Radio Agents communication systems (RAs). He is now focusing on the Service Level Agents (SeLA) and Social Level Agents (SoLA) that maximize user and social utility functions, respectively. Prof. Komaki has ended his service with MJIIT on 2015.

Prof. Dr. Toshio Wakabayashi received the BE and ME degrees from Tokai University, in 1968 and 1970, respectively. He received the DE degree from the same university in 1985. In 1970, he joined the Faculty of Engineering, Tokai University, and since then, as a faculty, he has engaged in research in the field of electromagnetic waves, including field in computational electromagnetic fields, microwave circuits and devices. He was a professor of the Department of Communications Engineering and Communication network Engineering, Tokai University from 1988 to 2007, and from 2008 to 2011,respectively. He has been a professor of Department of Electronic System Engineering, Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia since October 2011. He is currently involved in research on broadband planar antennas for mobile communications and electromagnetic wave analysis. Dr. Wakabayashi is a member of the IEICE, the ITE (the Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers) and a life member of the IEEE. Prof. Wakabayashi has ended his service with MJIIT on 2014.

Dr. A.K.M. Muzahidul Islam was born in Bangladesh. He has received M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Ukraine, in 1999 and D.Eng. in Computer Science and Engineering from Nagoya Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2007. Dr. Islam has received the Japanese Government Monbusho Scholarship (October 2002-March 2006). Currently, he is serving as a Senior Lecturer and IT Manager at Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT) of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Kuala Lumpur. Beforehand Dr. Islam was serving as an IT professional in various industries in Bangladesh and also in Japan. His research interests include Communication Algorithm, Wireless Sensor Network, Network Security, Cloud Computing and Cognitive Radio Network. Dr. Islam has over 30 national and international research publications. He is also an IPC member of the following international conferences: ASCC, ICAEE, ICCIT, and ICIEV. Dr. Islam has ended his service with MJIIT on 2016.
