Koto Workshop at MJIIT Japanese Language and Cultural Center (JLCC)

MJIIT-JLCC held a Koto Workshop on 26 April, where participants consists of students, had a chance to meet and learn from four professional Koto performers from Plumeria Koto Ensembles, as instructors. Koto, a Japanese traditional string instrument was specially brought and introduced to participants, where they were also guided individually to play and experience the instrument.

MJIIT-Leave A Nest Malaysia MoU Signing

On 17 April, MJIIT and Leave a Nest Malaysia established a strategic partnership through MoU signing ceremony. This ceremony signifies a commitment between two organizations to foster more industry collaborations and project co-creations within the area of research, education, and talent development. Through this MoU, Leave A Nest Malaysia is expected to bring its expertise and insights into the field of science communication by using MJIIT as a platform.

MJIIT Career Fair 2024

MJIIT Career Fair 2024 was organized in conjunction with MJIIX 2024, and took place alongside the MJIIX event. With the strong support from JICA and JACTIM, 18 participating companies and agencies, mostly Japanese companies, brought to this fair to provide more than 50 job opportunities to MJIIT-UTM students. Hundreds of students and alumni rushed to this event to secure a job and some were looking for internship opportunities. The participating companies were impressed and happy with the crowd.
