Congratulations to undergraduate students on Receiving Awards in MJIIT Final Year Project Symposium 2019

MJIIT FINAL YEAR PROJECT SYMPOSIUM 2019 is a showcase for undergraduate research across disciplines to present about their final year project. The Symposium includes poster and presentation sessions by students. The symposium was examined by Industrial and Academic panels with different backgrounds to evaluate students’ project.

There are three categories nominated which are Best Final Year Project, Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Best Manufacturing Project. Congratulations to our TriPreM Undergraduate students, Muhammad Saifulnizam B. Mohd Yunus, and Shukri Nazri on winning the Best Manufacturing Project and also Muhammad Amirul Adha Bin Mohd Khalid on winning The Best Final Year Project at MJIIT FINAL YEAR PROJECT SYMPOSIUM 2019. The event was organized by Malaysian – Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), UTM KL sponsored by MSM Metal Industries Sdn Bhd on 16 May 2019. Saifulnizam, Shukri, and Adha presented their project on “Tribological Characterization of Anodic Composite Film Reinforced with Fly Ash Particles”, “ Tribological Characterization for Polyoxymethylene (POM) Reinforced by Oilpalm Empty Fruit Bunch (OPEFB)” and “Multiple Lubricant with Ultrasonic Excitation” respectively.

Online Submission Guide for MJTS 2016

This page will guide applicants for submitting the contents of their extended abstract for 4th Malaysia-Japan Tribology Symposium (MJTS 2016) as a full-length paper to the following journals.

Tribology Online

  1. Create or log into applicant’s account at https://www.editorialmanager.com/trol/default.aspx.
  2. Click the “Submit New Manuscript” link under the “New Submissions” section.
  3. Choose either “Article” or “Short Communication Paper” under the drop-down menu.trolguide_001
  4. Enter the title of the applicant’s article/paper.
  5. Select the First Author/Corresponding Author, and add/remove authors as necessary.
  6. In the Section/Category drop-down menu, select “MJTS 2016”.                                                   trolguide_002
  7. Continue with the steps as displayed on the left side of the page.

Jurnal Tribologi

  1. Create or log into applicant’s account at is http://mytribos.org/ojs/index.php/JTrib/login.
  2. Click the “SUBMIT YOUR ARTICLE ONLINE [CLICK HERE]” link.
  3. Click the “New Submission”link.
  4. At Journal Section, select “MJTS 2016” from the drop-down menu.jt_guide
  5. Click the “Save and continue” button to continue with the application.
