Submission Guidelines

There are two types of submission. Choose the one that matches your paper.

 

1. Extended Abstract (with ISSN and indexed in Google Scholar)

Checklist before you submit

      • Length: 3 pages in total, including references.

      • Similarity index: below 10%.

      • Format: Microsoft Word, using the Extended Abstract Template.

      • References: accurate, in Chicago style (numbered).

      • Figures: placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.

      • Proofreading: the English is checked, and the wording is clear and concise.

How to register and submit

Register and submit your extended abstract online at  https://journex.it.com/SCE3

1. Click the “Sign-in” menu, create a Journel account, then log in to register for the conference.

2. Click the “Paper type” menu and choose “Extended Abstract”.

3. Complete the submission details.

4. Wait for an email notification regarding the acceptance of your extended abstract, which may require minor or major revisions.

5. After receiving the notification, revise your extended abstract accordingly and resubmit the revised version through the same system.

2. Full Paper (MyCite-indexed journal)

Checklist before you submit for a Full Paper

      • Similarity index: below 20%.

      • Format: Will be updated.

      • References: accurate, in Chicago style (numbered).

      • Figures: placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.

      • Proofreading: the English is checked, and the wording is clear and concise.

How to register and submit

Full paper submission has two stages: you submit an abstract first, and the full paper after it is accepted.

1. Click the “Sign-in” menu, create a Journex account, then log in to register for the conference.

2. Click the “Paper type” menu and choose “Full paper”.

3. Complete the abstract submission details.

4. Wait for an email notification about the abstract’s acceptance.

5. After you receive it, submit your full paper through the same system.
