TriPreM wishes to congratulate Mr. Moinuddin Quazi (University of Malaya), Ms. Kanae Yamamoto (Kanazawa University), and Mr. Zaid Ali Subhi (Malaysia-Japan International.<\/p>\n

Institute of Technology) for receiving the Excellent Student Research Award for their respective papers during the 3rd Malaysia-Japan Tribology Symposium, on 12th-13th November 2014.<\/p>\n

The award was presented to them based on their research:<\/p>\n

1. Moinuddin Quazi<\/strong>, University of Malaya, \u201cAdhesion of PVD multilayer ceramic coating on AA7075-T6 aerospace alloy\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

2. Kanae Yamamoto<\/strong>, Kanazawa University, \u201cFriction properties of laminated composite materials of \u03b1-TCP-filled poly (vinyl alcohol) hydrogels\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

3. Zaid Ali Subhi<\/strong>, Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology, \u201cAnalysis on the mechanism of humidity to influence the very early stage of sliding under different loads\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
