The Malaysia-Japan Tribology Symposium (MJTS) was held since 2012 with collaborations from the Malaysian Tribology Society (MYTRIBOS) and Japanese Society of Tribologists (JAST) under the name Malaysia-Japan Tribology Meeting. This symposium helps in enhancing communication between researchers, engineers and students in the Tribology field from Malaysia and Japan.<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. Open to young researchers (35 years old and below).<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Poster should be in portrait (6×2″ ft) size. A poster stand will be provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Participants need to print and hang their own poster during the symposium at the provided area.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. There is no specific formatting for the poster preparation. <\/span>However, basic information such as title, list of authors, affiliations, and other relevant content is required.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Oral:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Open to all.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. The presentation time allocated for each presenter is 15 minutes (10 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers).<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Oral presentation sessions will be conducted in parallel with several presentation rooms divided according to research focus topics.<\/span><\/li>\n
