The program “Strengthening the Disaster Risk Reduction to Improve the Safety and Security of Communities by Understanding Disaster Risks (SeDAR)\u201d aims to equip local governments as well as community leaders with the skills and know-how to build a disaster risk reduction program at the grassroots level, from the bottom up.
