P<\/span>recision<\/strong> <\/span>is one of the important elements in manufacturing process to ensure the product quality as well as its functionality.\u00a0 Advanced Precision Laboratory is newly developed service lab located at Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Kuala Lumpur that offers the precision machining services. The lab equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines ranging from 3 up to 9 axis (the first in Malaysian university), which able to cater fabrication of complex geometry of part\/component and supported with highly precision geometrical inspection machine (0.5 micron accuracy) \u00a0to ensure the high precision level of services.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ padding_bottom=”2%” padding_left=”2%” padding_right=”2%” padding_top=”2%” parallax=”off” parallax_method=”off”][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” text_text_color=”#ffffff”]<\/p>\n Advanced Precision Laboratory also specialized in precision cutting and finishing service which include EDM wire cut, super drill (smallest diameter up to 0.1 mm), cylindrical and surface grinding machine. In addition, we also cover the custom machining for internal combustion engine which include boring and horning machine, multi balancer for crank shaft and flywheel and also valve and valve seat refacer.<\/p>\n We are providing not only machining services, but also hands-on-training and short courses to the university as well to the industries. We more than happy to provide details information of our services and facilities.
