Current Research Information-Centric Vehicular Networking (ICVN) is a paradigm shift in vehicular communication for Future Internet Architecture. ICVN implements self-content management that able to eliminates issues related to the current host-based IP network. This paradigm is desirable to realize effective and efficient communications in the next network generation. To date, details of the ICVN framework and related algorithms have not been sufficiently studied. The main contributions in this study is towards lowering the data packet delivery time (delay), increasing the success rate of content delivery (throughput), maximizing the number of the satisfied request with minimum traffic load, and shortening the computation time. The proposed intelligent architecture comprised of three primary stages: pre-process, forwarding strategy and delivery.
